This is a Black Rain Ordnance 16" Spec-15 upper. Mounted, but never fired. Looking for a 20"+ threaded 5.56/.233 Wylde upper. Preferably with a free float rail. Will also do cash or potentially trade+cash.
I do also have a .300 Blackout pistol with ammo and mags that can be paired with it.
