I noticed the 709 Slim posting from Discreet Arms Deals Inc was in Delaware City, DE, but the area code is a CA code and I don't think a business would have a number not in their own area code. That and DE is not on the list of states at the bottom. Additionally, the description content looks copy/pasted and is not very cognitive. I flagged it for you Doug

yes  he had that SCCY pistol, and yes all of his guns he posts  are from gun broker.  I  try to get them all but sometimes one will slip through  ,, so always be careful

Is he the dude that had the SCCY pistol on here? I had seen the original listing on GunBroker from an FFL in GA and was going to mention it, but you must have deleted the listing already.

watch out for a scammer named Thomas,  443 267 4102,   he has been flooding our site with guns he does not own.  sometimes 6 or 7  everyday.  i have been taking them down but im not on here 24/7.

Yep more scammers on here. They are posting on nextech gunsmissouri and here using different names. They went so far to send me a copy of some poor chaps DFL license to try and show he’s legitimate but would only take Venmo or PayPal FF. Looks like his name on here is Dava Hopper. He’s got plenty of guns posted here so be careful folks.

Oh really? I figured it was a gray area in Missouri if you didn't "build it with intent to sell", but I figured ATF wouldn't care either way haha. And well, I don't see a stamped serial number on it, but I guess it would be hard to see on a raw lower like that... Just don't want the site taken down due to "aiding in illegal sales" or anything like that!

From what I know you can sell it if you decide to sell after you built it. just not in commerce and not often. But I use to call ATF 3 times with questions like that see what the overall answer was then do my own research LOL

There are people on here trying to sell 80% lowers that they have finished out themselves. If I recall correctly, this is federally illegal to do unless they have applied and registered it with a serial number engraved in them. That still potentially could be classed under them being a firearms manufacturer, which I think takes different paperwork.
