From what I know you can sell it if you decide to sell after you built it. just not in commerce and not often. But I use to call ATF 3 times with questions like that see what the overall answer was then do my own research LOL

There are people on here trying to sell 80% lowers that they have finished out themselves. If I recall correctly, this is federally illegal to do unless they have applied and registered it with a serial number engraved in them. That still potentially could be classed under them being a firearms manufacturer, which I think takes different paperwork.

I have implemented a international block on IP addresses except one for the USA; some VPNs will be blocked, this is to keep scammers at bay but ill not stop them completely
